Once the decisions are made and your vendors are selected, KL Coordination assumes the coordinating role, overtaking all communication to ensure a stress-free planning process for the happy couple.

Partial Planning services may include vendor referral and communication, venue site visits, contract review, budget direction, decor guidance, wedding timeline, rehearsal coordination, and day-of coordination.

Full Wedding Planning

With full planning, we stop planning fatigue before it happens - working with you from the beginning of your engagement through the final moments of your wedding weekend.

Once we’ve defined your vision, we create both the design and logistical framework to bring it to life - whether that means fireworks for your sendoff or live musicians playing the Zelda OST.

Our team handles all of the research on your behalf, saving you countless hours of searching for vendors, sifting through reviews, ensuring pricing aligns with your budget, and navigating any logistics (or local ordinances) involved. On your wedding day, we arrive with a full team to execute every plan seamlessly, so you can be fully present as the guests of honor and truly enjoy your event!
